Trial timeline

Week 1: Start using your AI Assistant

  • Ask common questions about the knowledge you have uploaded
  • Add more knowledge to your datasource (see guidance below).
  • If you haven’t already, add Suggested Prompts to show when the assistant opens.

Weeks 2-3: Consultation Session 1 (Focus: set up review, training and use cases).

Weeks 4-5: Testing, Assessment, and Discussion.

  • Test - Create a list of members' frequently asked questions and use them with your assistant
  • Test - Observe answers provided and cited source links - is the AI returning the answers and information expected? Is anything missing? Capture your observations.
  • Assess - use the testing template which we will share after session 1 to record your observations.
  • Discuss - how is the assistant meeting your members’ needs? Are there other potential use cases that you would like to use it for? Bring all your findings to your second consultation.

Weeks 6-7: Consultation Session 2 (Focus: Performance & Remedial, Use Case Prioritisation).

  • An opportunity to review your findings so far, optimise performance and identify your priority use case for your organisation

Weeks 8-9: Final lessons learned session

As the trial progresses and your use case/s finalised, we will share a commercial proposal for your organisation to consider. If you choose to accept, we will then work with you to complete your ReadyIntelligence setup. If you decide not to proceed, then your access to ReadyIntelligence will end after 60 days.
