ReadyIntelligence (RI) is Pixl8's AI platform for membership associations and professional bodies. It lets organisations deploy AI assistants and agents that are grounded in their own knowledge, so answers come from the association's content rather than the open web.
At its core, RI ingests an organisation's content, including websites (with authenticated, member-only areas), documents, video recordings and community forums such as Discourse. It processes that content into a searchable knowledge base. Assistants built on top of it can be public-facing or member-facing. They can be branded and themed to the client and given a distinct personality and tone.
